How to make GIF in Photoshop step by step by yourself

In this tutorial I will show you how to make GIF in Adobe Photoshop. As you know that GIF effects is really awesome. And we have many methods to make this effects. And use Photoshop to make GIF is one of these methods. So, if you want to learn how to make GIF in Photoshop, please see and follow this guide in below to do this.
Step 1: Go to File menu, click Scripts, then choose Load file into stacks.
File > Scripts > Load file into stacks.

Step 2: Click Browser...
 Step 3: After that select all picture you want to make GIF. After that click OK button.

Now we waiting for Photoshop loading all photo.

Step 4: Click on Create Frame Animation.
Step 5: Click on Make Frames From Layers.
Step 6: Select all layer by hold Shift button, then select start layer and end layer. Choose time you want set for each slide picture, in this tutorial I choose 0.1 seconds.
Step 7: Choose Forever if you want loop this GIF picture.
Step 8: Go to File menu, click Export then click on Save for Web...

How to make VHS glitch effects in Photoshop CC - Photoshop Tutorial For Beginners

Today I will show to you how to make VHS glitch effects in Photoshop. Open Photoshop software, then create new file:
1280 x 720 px
With color mode: RGB color
Background content: White.
Click File > Open, then choose the picture you want edit...

Press Ctrl + - to zoom out, then resize picture fit with your background paper..
To resize picture, press Ctrl + T to resize, after that click on check mark.
Add brightness/contrast layer, then change some specs:
Reduce brightness to -52
Increase contrast to 63.
Add a level layer, reduce to 0.77.
Then add a solid color, choose white color, reduce opacity to 20 %.
After that, select layer 1, go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise.  Choose 4 %.
Right click on this layer and choose Duplicate layer.
Then move this layer to First layer. Go to Filter menu, choose Noise then choose Add noise. Adjust to 175 %.
You can see this picture in below:
Choose soft light blend mode. Then reduce opacity to 20 %.
Open the texture picture.
Move this glitch texture picture to woman picture, then change blend mode...

Drag and drop this texture to your picture..
Add a solid color layer, then reduce opacity... to 20 %.
